directly related to the oil industry. Mr. Unruh has fifty years of
experience in domestic and international marketing. He has served as
an executive with Safeway Stores, founded Central Valley Realty of
California, a firm primarily engaged in brokering tax-free commercial real
estate exchanges, founded Western Motel Multiple Listing Services, was
president of ORO Balanco Gypsum Company, and founded International Oil
Corporation.
